Haybridge Cottages are ideally situated on the outskirts of the beautiful Cathedral City of Wells and are an excellent base for exploring this beautiful part of Somerset with the Mendip Hills and Somerset levels right at your feet.
Our newly refurbished cottages offer a relaxing and comfortable stay, whether you are just here to visit family, enjoy the beauty and history of the area or wish to partake of the many activities available locally.
Haybridge, approx 1 mile from the centre of Wells, is centrally located;
- 7.6 miles to Cheddar
- 6.8 miles to Glastonbury
- 9.1 miles to Street
Bath, Bristol & Weston-super-Mare all between 20-25 miles away, each offering different historical and interesting attractions.
We are lucky to be surrounded by many local attractions to suit all tastes from the historic to shopping and from family orientated to fantastic walks across the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels, both areas of outstanding natural beauty.
There are two Golf Courses close by at Wells and Wedmore, riding stables at Wookey Hole or maybe a look at the gorgeous old working Water Flour Mill at Burcott, where you can sit and enjoy a cream tea in their pretty tea rooms.
Restaurants, Pubs, Bistro’s and Cafe’s abound in Wells to cater to all, from Take-Aways to 5 Star’s something to suit every taste and pocket.
All our cottages have ample parking, are heated and have fully equipped kitchens, WC’s and separate shower rooms, the living area has a television, DVD and Freeview.
We are open all year round and we can offer short breaks, price on application.
